Carrollton High School

This summer we worked on a rather interesting project with Ra-Lin. Carrollton High School built a new structure which connected to the previous high school. The new structure was tricolor brick; the old, yellow. Instead of painting the entire old structure one solid color, they wanted to find a way to make it match the new building. We used Sherwin Williams concrete stain tinted to the exact same colors as the new brick (thanks to Melissa and Carrollton SW!) and painted each brick individually. This entire process took about four months to complete. There could be no stain on the grout, and each brick had to be painted twice to match the texture of the new bricks. Oh yeah, and it was close to 100º every day!

Cannot say thank you enough to our team for pulling off our first project of this kind!
